    Do you need technical assistance to troubleshoot your laser system? Do you have questions about replacement parts or error messages? Our service staff will be happy to help and advise you. In many cases, specific questions will suffice to arrive at a diagnosis and eliminate faults quickly. You can reach us during the stated business hours by phone or e-mail, or for remote maintenance via Remote Support and Teamviewer.

    Repair Service

    Whether maintenance, inspection, or repair – our repair service is cost-optimized and implemented in consultation with our customers. After the fault has been diagnosed, a binding offer is made. When using original ALPHA LASER spare parts, we offer repairs that are on the same level as new devices. Machine components are repaired in-house. Your laser system can be repaired on site or in-house – you decide.
