Laser Source AL

The AL laser system is the most versatile device in our product range in terms of laser source, laser power, and equipment.

Lasers of the AL series can be individually configured and perfectly matched to the tasks. These are available as flash-lamp pumped lasers with outputs between 75 – 500 watts or as fiber lasers with outputs of 300, 450, 600, and 900 W. 

Thousands of users depend on the reliable pulse-to-pulse behavior of the flash-lamp pumped laser and the high laser power that actually gets to the workpiece.

The laser systems can be integrated into existing machinery or used in conjunction with our AL-T work benches as a flexible professional solution.

We also offer a wide range of processing objectives for the AL. Whether you work with standard objectives, a 90° deflection objective, or a circular welding lens: the laser beam always precisely hits the desired spot on the workpiece.

Technical accessories

ALFT-HDMI camera system

For displaying the welding process on an external monitor The camera system is specially made for ALPHA LASER systems and is mounted below the laser's microscope attachment. Includes power supply, HDMI cable, and laser connection cable. HDMI recorder for recording not included in scope of delivery.

Turn and tilt objective

Our tilting objective significantly eases work in difficult workpiece positions. In the objective's full 360° rotational range, the beam can be directed continuously up to 40° from the vertical. Moving the workpiece is not required. The beam can be conveniently directed towards difficult to access locations while maintaining an ergonomic work posture.
