THE NO. 1 MOBILE LASER
The mobile laser welding system can be brought to the workpiece, or the workpiece to the laser. In many cases, it is not necessary to dismantle the mold. The ALM ensures mobility within the company or at the customer's facilities. The laser is ready for use within just minutes. The laser arm can be quickly positioned and fixed in the desired working position via electrohydraulic brakes. You may weld manually with the joystick, semi-automatically, or via an external operating unit with pulse function. | The laser device has a powerful and application-optimized SPC with new functions, and the user coordinate control is programmable within a range of 50 × 50 mm. A laser head which can be rotated left and right, the optional turn and tilt objective, and focusing lenses with various focal distances ensure that the laser beam can reach (almost) any point of the workpiece without requiring arduous movements. The microscope can also be rotated, thus facilitating economical working. |
When implementing laser safety measures, we can assist you with our laser safety concept.
And by the way: the ALM is the first system with TÜV certification to meet the high safety requirements of performance level d.
Your benefits at a glance:
The ALM is air cooled and requires no additional cooling system. The welding laser is available with laser powers of 200, 250, or 300 W.
This reliable technology is used worldwide and makes our customers successful. A tool that makes working enjoyable, according to our customers.
We recommend the ALM to service providers who aim to respond flexibly and quickly to customer tasks and who value peak power.
It is also well suited to large corporations with varying points of use within the company. Wherever mobility and maneuverability are needed and valued.

for quick and easy placement of the workpiece. The slip-stick effect between the ball and the socket guarantees a secure hold of the workpiece in any position.
The LED ring light integrated in the objective provides optimal, even, and flicker-free illumination of the workpiece in daylight quality Focusing objective f = 150 or f = 300 available and protection glass 601-0690A
For welding cylindrical parts Tiltable for horizontal to vertical rotational movement. With chuck Ø 125 mm and inside diameter 24 mm
For adjusting the speed of the four axes of movement (semi-automatic mode) and for triggering laser pulses. The laser pulse and shielding gas are triggered simultaneously. with joystick and magnetic holder
Our tilting objective significantly eases work in difficult workpiece positions. In the objective's full 360° rotational range, the beam can be directed continuously up to 40° from the vertical. Moving the workpiece is not required. The beam can be conveniently directed towards difficult to access locations while maintaining an ergonomic work posture.
