Precise Laser Cutting with the AC for Sheets up to 3 mm

The AC is a compact cutting laser specially developed for small series and prototypes.
Our customers particularly appreciate the precision of the cuts and the fact that they can
cut parts for their own production.

The CAD-generated cutting paths are converted within minutes and can be directly cut –  whether simple geometric basic shapes or complex, artistic jewelry made of precious metal. 

The system requires a footprint of only 1340 x 1180 mm, but it offers a spacious workspace inside for sheets of 500 x 500 mm. You may use sheets of any size, as the AC offers an opening on the back side. 

The shelves can be swapped out in just a few seconds, allowing you to quickly change from normal stainless steel sheet to foils.

The optional tube cutting table enables you to process additional tubes: from simple cutting of the tubes to cutting delicate patterns in the tube.

The fully automatic cutting process takes place in the closed, laser-safe working chamber and can be observed through a large protection window. The unit is operated via an intuitive touch screen.

The optional nesting function particularly plays to its strengths when it comes to cutting precious metals or for series production. This tool ensures optimal material use. Precious metal residues are collected and can be reused later. The cutting system is optionally available with a fiber laser source with a laser power of 300 W or 450 W.
